WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!
To ensure a seamless process, follow these steps.
1.Select your suite
Browse our semi – custom collection and find the suite that is perfect for you and your partner. Select your piece size and quantity, then add to cart.
2. Place your order
That was easy!
3. Client agreement & Questionnaire
Once your order is placed, you will receive a client agreement with all of the specifics and a questionnaire. In this questionnaire, we will collect wording for the invitations plus any embellishments you may want to add. This questionnaire is very important because we will base your proof around your answers. Please discuss with all parties before submitting.
4. Design Time
Once we receive your client agreement and questionnaire the design phase begins. Within 3-5 days, you will receive a proof of your suite. Look over it carefully, then submit any changes necessary. You are allowed 3 revisions. If a 4th revision is necessary there will be a charge of $50. After you have approved the final revision, your suite will be sent to production. Once your suite is in production, it cannot be changed.
4. Production Time
Production take approximately 2 weeks. once everything is complete, we will ship to you by standard shipping. To expedite shipping please send us an email with your order number. There will be an extra charge for expedited shipping. This will depend on the current rates.
